Jade Morris, Yorkshire Breath School

A unique approach to conscious breathwork to improve your wellbeing

Hey, I'm Jade and I am eager to share my expertise with you, helping you discover the immense potential that lies within.


I am a certified Active IQ Level 3 Matwork Pilates Instructor and hold a 300-hour Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga Alliance Certificate. With over a decade of teaching experience, I have cultivated a distinctive style influenced by various teachers and methodologies.


In 2022, I became a certified breathwork facilitator after training with @ourbreathcollective in San Diego. The six-month intensive course expanded my understanding of breathwork and how to craft unique and inspiring conscious breathwork sessions. 

It also provided a valuable chance for self-discovery, learning how my body and mind react to stress, and exploring ways to manage it, including adapting my ingrained coping mechanisms and recognizing the benefits of self-evaluation.


My sessions are designed to improve your wellbeing through the modality of breathwork. They are thoughtfully designed to improve your breathing mechanics, while empowering you with simple, effective practices to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.
