In life, we breathe differently depending on what situations we find ourselves in. YBS' priority is to give you the opportunity to learn about how the breath changes and what we can do utilise it.
The breath affects every organ, system and function in the body. It impacts the way we feel, think and move. Focusing on specific breathwork practices can be used to help;
Minimum Effective Dose
Breathwork sessions with YBS use a method called Minimum Effective Dose; there isn't one specific way to breathe, a variety of practises are used for your body to adapt and heal. One session can include connected breathing, breath awareness, cadence breathing, movement and breath holds. Allowing your body to experience various sensations through different techniques, gives you a greater understanding of the power of your breath.
Throughout sessions, you'll learn methods to use in your daily life. Tips and tools to reduce stress and anxiety, boost energy and positivity as well as improving quality of sleep.
