Being connected with others and our community creates a sense of safety within. When we feel safe, our nervous system functions properly and we feel calm, present and creative.
Classes are a great way to breathe and move with others to feel this sense of connection.
There are a selection of Conscious Breathwork, Yoga, Pilates and Mindful Movement classes on the timetable.
Lifestyle, illness and trauma lead to dysfunctional breathing , dysfunctional breathing contributes to a worsening of symptoms; physically and mentally. Breathwork exercises retrain the body on how to breathe better, becoming more connected with ourselves to improve our health and wellbeing as well as letting go of past trauma to expand the capacity for living a full life.
If there is a specific reason for wanting to start conscious breathwork sessions, a bespoke package could be the way to go.
We focus on mindful movement, individual breathing needs and nutrition, for you to get the best from your body.
